Raffles Paint Fungicidal Wash eliminates fungus when used for surface preparation prior to painting. It kills off any fungus and other microorganisms on the substrate and also prevents them from germinating. Recommended for new or previously painted wood, concrete, brick and cement plaster substrates contaminated with yeast, moulds and algae.

Method of application
- Brush, roller or air spray
- Wash surface with water and remove unstable matter or organism as much as possible either by brushing, scrubbing or high jet washing
- ApplyRaffles Paint Fungicidal Wash and leave on for 1 day
- Wash surface again using brushing, scrubbing or high jet washing
- to remove the dead organism
- Allow surface to dry thoroughly before painting
