We engaged Masterpainter to paint our wall using Sugar Terra lime wash paint. The coordination was good and responsive.
However, the final colour was very different from what we selected. It looked yellow in the catalogue but turned out orange on our wall, which was very disappointing.
We contacted them and showed the difference, but the only solution offered was to repaint at full cost.
We have done many renovations before, but this was a very bad experience and left us hanging. We will not use this service again.
